Returns

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition. Items that cannot be returned to inventory in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Process

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or item, submit a return request and place a new order.

Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved. If return shipping is required, the customer is responsible for those costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and address the issue.
