If your order is damaged or irregular please contact aMindWanders@gmail.com or @a.wanderingmind on Instagram with the issue and order number to see if you are eligible for a return/exchange and we will replace it for you. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
In the event that you are eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 5 days of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on our current stock and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your refund/exchange has been processed, and you will receive a tracking number or a credit that will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item.
