Timeline

Pre-order items typically ship within 15-20 business days following the the close of the pre-order window. Timelines may vary depending on production.

Shipping

Orders containing a pre-order item will ship together once the pre-order is ready.

Returns

Pre-order items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
